This pendant is made out of stainless steel with the world tree, or Yggdrasil, carved onto it. It also shows Geki and Freki on the side. These wolves were Odin's companions through his travels! This pendant comes in Silver or Copper colors! Crafted with amazing details and depth.

Yggdrasil is the vast “ash tree” that grows out of the Well of Destiny (Urðarbrunnr).  All nine worlds or nine dimensions are entwined in its branches and its roots.  Yggdrasil, therefore, serves as a conduit or pathway between these nine dimensions that the gods might travel.

As a symbol, Yggdrasil represents the cosmos, the relationship between time and destiny, harmony, the cycles of creation, and the essence of nature.

Wolves play a major role in Norse mythology, as Odin created the first wolves to act as his companions during his travels. He named his new canine companions Geki and Freki, the ravenous and the greedy one, who slowly populated the world with their offspring during Odin’s journeys. First humans were said to learn from Geki and Freki on how to cooperate during hunts and care for their close ones. Wolves were iconic of strength and community in Nordic culture, and were often depicted in religious drawings or carved on everyday items and charms.
